  • Buying at NetVet Supply
    1. Browse the catalog for items that interest you and save them in your Shopping Cart or Watch List.  Both the Shopping Cart and Watch List will hold your items for as long as you like, or for as long as the product is available.  You can add and remove items in both locations.  Before checking out, make sure you have selected the correct quantities you want for each of your items.
    2. When you are finished shopping, click Proceed to Checkout.  This is a simple 2 step process.  First, choose a shipping option and confirm your contact and shipping information.  Second, using our secure site, verify that your billing information is correct.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the progress of your new order.  THAT'S IT!
  • Auction Bidding at NetVet Supply
    1. Browse the catalog for auction items that interest you and save them in your Bid List.  The Bid List will hold your auction items for as long as the product is available.  You can add and remove items and manage your quantities and Max Bid Price.  The Max Bid Price is the highest price you are willing to pay.
    2. When the auction expires, the highest bidder will be the winner and NetVet Supply will automatically create an order for the requested quantity.    The winning price will be the lowest price needed to beat other bidders. For example, Bidder #1 Max Price = $10.00 and Bidder #2 Max Price = $15.00, so the winning bid goes to Bidder #2 for a price of $10.01, just one penny higher that Bidder #1.  If there is a remaining quantity, the next highest bidder is awarded their selected or any remaining quantity. 
    3. If you have a winning bid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the progress of your new order.  THAT'S IT!
  • Buying with Barter at NetVet Supply
    1. Browse the catalog for barter items that interest you and save them in your Shopping Cart or Watch List.  Both the Shopping Cart and Watch List will hold your items for as long as you like, or for as long as the product is available.  You can add and remove items in both locations.  Before checking out, make sure you have selected the correct quantities and desired barter price for each of your items.
    2. When you are finished shopping, click Proceed to Checkout.  This is a simple 2 step process.  First, choose a shipping option and confirm your contact and shipping information.  Second, using our secure site, verify that your billing information and is correct.
    3. If the seller accepts your price, they will ship the order as requested.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to My Orders to track the progress of your new order.   If the seller sends a counter offer, you will need to confirm the modified order before it is processed.  THAT'S IT!

TERMS AND POLICIES FOR BUYERS

WHY ORDER THROUGH NETVET SUPPLY?
Our platform enables us to provide you with direct access to suppliers of quality animal health products at huge savings by offering surplus inventories from all industry entities.  You may order products using several methods and we arrange shipment of the goods to you.  NetVet Supply does not charge buyers to browse or place orders.  Our small fees are collected from the seller upon completion of the transaction.

FINDING PRODUCTS AND ORDERING
You may select a particular product by name using the SEARCH button and check availability or select a product category from the home page.  Pricing, quantities available and other pertinent information will appear.  Select the items you wish to purchase or bid on and submit.  Your order or bid will be processed using the information provided in the Buyer registration area that may be updated at any time in MY PROFILE at the Member login area.

You will be notified by e-mail of the seller's acceptance or denial of your order.  Upon acceptance you will receive confirmation of the order and a shipping date.  Transit times vary based on the sellers location and shipping method selected.  If you feel your order is overdue please contact us at cs@netvetsupply.ca and we will track it for you.

Please be aware that multiple item orders will most likely be shipped from separate locations and you will receive e-mail notification on the status of each item.  You may always review your order history in My ORDERS at the member login.  Once an order is confirmed you may cancel only if the supplier has not yet shipped the order.  You may request  to cancel an order following notification by sending an e-mail to cs@netvetsupply.ca and we will attempt to contact the seller, however we cannot guarantee cancellation.  Your name and order number must be included in the e-mail.

PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Prescription products are available to veterinarians with proper identification and to other customers with proper regulatory documentation.

FREIGHT/SHIPPING
Goods are shipped FOB shipping point, with the shipping and handling being done by the Vendor on behalf of the purchaser. Buyer is usually responsible for shipping costs.  Some items may have freight included in the price and no shipping charges will appear.  Shipping charges are calculated and included in your shopping cart upon order submission based on weight, method, your postal code and the postal code of the supplier of each item ordered.  Orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless you select UPS air.  Common carrier quotations are available on larger orders. 

SALES TAX
Taxes are correctly calculated and collected based on the buyer's and seller's province.

PAYMENT
You may use Visa and MasterCard to pay for your order on-line using our secure software.  Payment for purchases will be collected at the time of order acceptance from the seller.  For your protection, payment will be held in a third party escrow account to insure complete and satisfactory delivery.  We allow two business days after receipt of shipment for your inspection prior to removing the charges from escrow and making payment to the seller.  Please contact us immediately if there is a problem or your credit card will be processed accordingly. 

You may also prepay with check, cashiers check or money order but please allow extra time for processing and delivery.  Sellers will be notified of the sale pending receipt of payment. We do not accept C.O.D's.  Invoicing is available for prearranged and authorized transactions.

SECURITY/ACCESS
Credit Card ordering from our site on the Internet is completely safe and secure.  We utilize Verisign, one of the oldest and most reliable in security with the latest SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

Your username and password provide confidential access to your profile and order information.  You may make changes or review orders at any time by going to MY PROFILE and MY ORDERS in the member login area.  If you've entered a username and password that aren't accepted, check the spelling and retry.  If you are still unable to access, follow the instructions for retrieving your password.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of this service, auction, barter and dated items ordered through NetVet Supply are non-returnable.  However, you have two business days to inspect your shipment for accuracy.  Other items may be returnable based on each sellers policy.  If you would like to know if an item is returnable prior to ordering, please e-mail us and we will contact the seller for you.  When placing your order you accept the products as advertised.   Damage claims must be submitted to the carrier according to their policies.  NetVet Supply is not responsible for any defective merchandise or product damaged in transit.  If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately at cs@netvetsupply.ca and we will respond with instructions.

Who is NetVet Supply?
We are a new unique web based veterinary product supply company established specifically to create an avenue for manufacturers and distributors to offer veterinarians, producers, pet owners and other industry entities direct access to quality animal health products at huge savings.

How do I register?
Just select "Sign-Up Now" from the site menu or click here and follow the simple registration instructions to register on our site. Registration will allow you to customize news and information as well as getting access to special offers on products that you need. Remember, registration is free.

What if I forget my Username or Password?
While it's best to choose a username and password you know you'll remember, there may be times when you need a reminder.  If you've entered a username and password and it isn't accepted, check the spelling (e.g. a single typing error can deny you access).  If you still can't remember, use the "Forgot Your Username/Password" feature in our login screen by simply entering in your e-mail address.  Your Username and Password will be e-mailed to you.

What if my contact information changes?
Changing your contact information, address, e-mail address or phone number is easy by going to My Profile.  Once you make a change, select "Submit".  This updates your information and sends you an e-mail confirmation that includes your username and password.

Why can't I log in?
When you register, you enter a username and password. If you register more than once, you will have to enter a different username and password each time.  Check that you're using the right password for the username you've entered.
